About 10 days ago I purchased an unlocked iPhone 11 brand new from Bestbuy because I will be traveling soon to Europe. The purpose of buying the phone unlocked was for the ability to use it freely while I travel. Currently, I have 4 mobile lines with Cricket, which I have been a customer for over a year now. I discovered yesterday Cricket locked the phone to their network. This prevents me now from using my phone for the purpose for which it was purchased. I called Apple to verify the phone was originally indeed unlocked when I purchased it. After 3 long, grueling hours of being on the phone I finally got representative to expedite the issue to the Technical Department of Cricket. The representative told me I would receive and electronic unlock and a notification this was done. I am still waiting for the unlock. Can a moderator or supervisor please assist me here with the issue? How long does it take for the unlock request to complete ? I need my phone. My travels are approaching very
I have seen a post that cricket knew the my cricket app was not working on the Moto G7 and a LG phone. This was posted back in May of this year. Wondering were the fix for this is. What is taking so long. I need to unlock my phone for overseas use and got an unlock code but have to use the mycricket app to unlock. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for someone from tech support to call me This is totally unacceptable. Why do company's sell a product that they know does not function 100%.
I'm buying a Tab S6 at the end of the month and I'm going to use DeX as a laptop replacement. Now I'm a console gamer, but I play only a hand full of PC games on my laptop. Nihon Falcom games, Trails in the Sky trilogy, Xanadu Next, Ys, etc. They aren't graphic powerhouses, you can run them on anything, they're mostly updated PSP titles. They are on Steam. My question is, can I play them using DeX or is it still not possible?
ON THE CRICKET WEBSITE - IF YOU SWITCH TO THEIR NETWORK YOU WILL GET THE IPHONE 6S FOR $49.99. WELL, THAT'S NOT THE CASE WHEN I SWITCHED TO THIS NETWORK. BEFORE I ORDERING 2 SIM CARDS, I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT THE PHONE. A LADY (WISHED I WROTE HER NAME DOWN) TOLD ME THAT WHEN I RECEIVED MY SIM CARDS TO CALL AND ACTIVE THEM AFER THAT WE (CRICKET) WILL SEND ME THE PHONE THAT WAS ON 5/18/20. I RECEIVED THE SIM CARDS YESTERDAY 5/20/20, CALLED ACTIVATED THEM, ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 4 HRS FOR THE PHONES TO WORK. AFTER 4 HRS I CALLED TO GET THE PHONE (IPHONE 6S FOR $49.99), THEY TOLD ME I CANNOT GET THE PHONE BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED MY PHONES...WHAT??? I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT I HAD TOLD BY ONE OF THEIR STAFF. THE SUPERVISOR THAT I TALKED TO DID NOT EVEN CARE AND TOLD ME THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN FOR ME TO GET THE PHONE FOR $49.99. Right now I have an old Stylo 2 phone and starting to need an upgrade. I have been a member of Cricket for a while and know that we don't really get perks of free decent upgrades. So is it better to buy from cricket or shop around and find a better deal on a phone that will work with cricket?
I noticed that one of my friends had a chat settings feature in Samsung's messenger. (and he's under a different phone carrier with a Galaxy A10e). But when I looked in my setting the chat feature with the RCS, was nowhere to be found.Samsung said that the chat settings is a carrier feature and suggest reaching out to my carrier to resolve this issue. So... here I am. Will there be an RCS feature in Samsung's UI One messenger?
My son has an iPhone 7 Plus and I have a iPhone 7. Both phones are replacement phones due to poor service. Both phones worked flawlessly and almost simultaneously both phones now have service omegle issues just like our iPhone 6’s did. discord When talking on the phone we can hear everything clear as can be but the person that we are speaking to can not hear us. I have xender called customer service more than a handful of times to get the run around, I have driven to the actual store that is 14 miles one way from my home to be sold two new SIM cards that did absolutely nothing. Now I’m being told that I need to do another insurance claim and purchase two iPhone 8’s? Any help would be wonderful before I change phone services.
Since the last update my autocorrect feature has been acting up, finishing words automatically with the first part of the word still attached. As you can see in my title it causes a lot of issues when typing even simple sentences, requiring a lot of going back and retyping what was messed up.
I have a 2019 Alcatel that I am trying not to loathe. I only use my phone for actual phone stuff, and to watch YouTube news programs. I also have the hotspot app so I can use my computer for actual computer stuff like research and email. I live where there is a signal (usually 3-5 bars) but NO WIFI. Which evidently is required for the automatic software updates I get. Constantly. They interrupt a news show, a text message I am in the middle of, etc. They are a constant banner on my screen when I turn it on. And I have zero access to public wifi. How do I turn off the Automatic Cricket Software Updates????? (yes, a little frustrated here) thanks :)
Cricket I have read the post and spoke with your customer service reps and none of you tell the truth! First time the rep said they couldn’t unlock my phones bc of the computer systems which was lie #1. Called back 4 hours later and guess what no ticket was created to have the phone unlocked lie #2. Now 24hrs has gone by and I still haven’t gotten a call with a resolution lie #3. You’ll hold the phones even if you have been with the company for 6 months bc your doing it to me right now which is lie #4. I don’t know if it’ll do me any good but I filed my complaints with the BBB and the FCC. The FCC actually has a category for fraud and theft which is exactly what cricket is doing here. Cricket you don’t have the right to take people’s stuff and hold it.
