Buying a phone from outside cricket.

I was looking into buying a new phone and was looking to get a better Motorola model than cricket is currently offering. I was looking into buying a Motorola One Action and on the page it says that it is compatible with cricket, but I was curious if there were any known problems with the One Action and cricket network.

I can't make/receive calls anywhere but can text

It doesn't matter where I am, I cannot make or receive phone calls! I can still text, surf the web, play apps, and everything else but cannot call anyone or ansser calls being made to me. What is going on? I cannot even call the Cricket service number! Whenever I make a call, it rings a few times then hangs up all on its own and says there is an issue with the network. I have never had this happen on any device before!

Pixel 3a can't receive calls but text and data work

I have a recently purchased, unlocked Pixel 3a. Data and texting work fine, but I can neither place nor receive calls. Occasionally a call will come through, but the person on the other end can't hear me speak. sometimes I am able to place a single call right after restarting the device, but subsequent calls fail.I have spoken with support a couple times already, and confirmed that my SIM card is fine by testing it in another phone. I have also manually entered APN settings according to Cricket's instructions.

My a50 hotspot speed is only .4 mbps. My dad's Motorola on the same plan is doing 15mbps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Robbed

Nicole in Chattanooga off brainard rd took my 147.33 payment pin april 1st at 6:32 pm yet two days later my services were suspended and i was forced to pay the bill again. I want my money. My family had tho eat we live on a fixed income and cricket is commiting credit card fraud.

When I put in my sin card to my iPhone 6s I got from my friend that bought it unlocked online and then used it with their carrier (Metro PC's T-Mobile) everything I put it in it just says no service!!?? How do I fix this, does that mean the iphone is locked?

Video calling

I have two galaxy from Verizon that switch cricket and when we had Verizon we had video calling how we switch to cricket and we dont video calling even though our phones are compatible with it

My Moto G7 won't pair with Bluetooth suddenly

I have 2 Bluetooth headphones have enjoyed using them for listening to mp3 files on my phone. Suddenly (out of the blue - seemingly)  the headphones won't pair.  I also tried to pair my Bose Soundlink a couple of weeks back - unsuccessfully. When I try to find help online I find that I'm told to go to places on my phone that don't exist - possibly outdated advice.Any advice.

How do I get an unlock code for an old Galaxy Grand Prime?

This phone was bought from a cricket store years ago, and service was sued for approx two years. The number was transferred out so I can't log into the account and any agent I talk to on phone or chat claims they can't tell where the device was activated at. I'm tired of calling and waiting on on hold. Should I just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC?

I would like to know why for the past couple of nights my service is unavailable from midnight until 4:00-5:00am? I'll have service all day in the same spot but soon as midnight hits, it's gone for a few hours.

Buying Phones

Have a 3 line plan. My 2 teens just messed up their phones. One was bought at Cricket, the other, was not.Looked into phones available to replace them, but I'm confused.Under "Current Customer" one option is "I'm bringing my number to Cricket". The other one is "I'm upgrading my phone". The former is a better deal than the latter. Which is the one for me and the best?

Mobile data on iPhone 8

My iPhone 8 is having problems with mobile data. Mainly with iMessage, most of the time my messages will take minutes to send, if at all. I have tried everything: turning on and off cellular data and disabling and enabling LTE. I tried turning iMessage on and off. Resetting network settings. Restarting the phone. I've had my J260AZ for well over a year now, and it is just now notifying me of a update dated to April of 2019, and now it wants to update again?  I find this peculiar to say the least, and I am afraid that my phone may have been compromised for the last year.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue recently?  Also, how do I check which updates my phone should have received over the last year?

Never had connection problems till upgraded phone

Old cricket Samsung stopped working all of sudden cricket support said phone hacked. Told to buy new sim card. I did, then talked into an upgrade. Purchased LG , but minutes after noticed calls over 3 mins. Other party could not understand me. 3 different calls happened repeatedly after 3 mins in call. Went back to cricket switched to Motorola. Same thing. To stay on a call with no problems I use video call with no problems. What's going on?

Login probs

Was posting and was cut-off. But like the lady said was simple and self inflicted. My solution? Uninstall and reinstall app..oh the prob I was having was I couldn't get a a server connection when using app. Had to Google it . Shouldn't let people share solutions. You might not have a job later! JK!
