I have a Cricket Dream 5g phone for year and half and didn’t look at the setting until now. I find three weird things:Under the setting → About Phone→ SIM status, the ‘Mobile Voice Network Type’ is 4G (my other 5G phone shows LTE); Under the setting → About Phone→ SIM status, the “Mobile Data Network Type” is NR NSA (my other 5G phone shows 5G) Under the setting → Network & internet → Mobile network, the “Mobile data” is gray, can’t turn on/off (my other 5G phone can toggle on/off.Does any one have the same issues? Do you know how to resolve them. I contacted the customer service, they are not able to resolve these issues and not be able to get hold anyone in the warranty department, being disconnected twice.

Hey all. I have been using the Macbook brick to charge my iPhone 12 ProMax, as the phone came with a USB-C input cable. It charges the phone insanely fast but also heats it up quite a lot. Do you think it is damaging to the battery? I reckon Apple has already approved such use but I couldn’t be sure. Thanks.
Hi,So I've got an office where they are attempting to group message. 4-5 out of the 6 people are using some form of iPhone, some as old as the iPhone 4s I believe, but all the way up to the iPhone 6+. One of the users has an AT&T Samsung Note 5, and is extremely happy with it. When attempting to send group messages they run into issues where iMessage doesn't let them add the Android user because he isn't an iMessage registered user. Some of the Apple users were able to receive the messages from the Android user as a group text, while others don't get it. Then some of the iPhone users won't get other iPhone users messages properly in group, some of which will get them as individual SMS direct messages. What gives!? In 2016 I can't believe text messaging is so broken. Of course I'd blame Apple's inclusion of trying to force iMessage down peoples throats and being such a walled garden to not allow messages to pass to/from android users easier considering it is a standard Apple didn't cr
Buy Moto G Stylus 5G for my daughter 7/28/21. It seemed like a really great phone. I recently bought myself one and was thinking of buying one for my husband. No problem until October 2022, when the phone suddenly had issues charging?Advice? Anyone with similar issues? Any fix? I am paying for the Cricket Warranty. Should I call about the Cricket Warranty? Should I call Motorola?
Why does the Pixel 6 Pro not get 5G but you have this listed on your site?Google Pixel 6 Pro 5G - Cricket WirelessWhy would you allow one you sell to work but not BYOD? It even says 5G. I had 5G working at one point now, it is back to LTE only. Why would Cricket intentionally limit this? The phone work with ATT, so we know it is something you are limiting on purpose. Please explain.
Hello, I have an iPhone 14pro and I have had this issue with my previous 12 also. My visual voicemail shows I have no messages then I call in from my own phone to check voicemails and there are voicemails for 2 weeks appearing. This is very bad for my business. I do not know how to fix this and is there a way to check the voicemails from another phone also? @Cricket
A couple days ago, I went to my camera roll and saw this small section where my iPhone had generated 2 edits to 2 pictures on my phone. 1 photo had the levels adjusted to it, and the other turned a live photo into a stable loop/gif. For some reason, that section is gone and I don't see any options within my photos to make similar edits.I hope this all made sense, can someone tell me how to get it again? I thought turning the live photo into a stable gif was super cool and would love to do it to some other photos.
My old phone (LG Stylo 5+) bricked recently and i got a new phone under cricket (Moto g pure) however on my old phone I had some locked folders, and thus files, in my photo gallery all of which were stored on my SD card. When I put the SD card into my new phone all my unlocked files are available, but my locked ones, while showing up in the files app, say that they are unable to open/play. I need access to my photos and videos again but don't know how to get access to the without my old phone, which as mentioned before is completely bricked and unable to turn on period.
Just wondering why my note 20 is not compatible. I purchased from Samsung about 6 months ago. I put the imei in the search and says it won't work. Also have a note 10 that comes up the same. These are top notch phones and are 4g lte phones. Why is cricket doing this and are they going to make everyone purchase a cricket phone now?
Warm Christmas music, enjoyed with family, creates a cozy and joyous holiday atmosphere that's hard to replicate. Whether it's the nostalgic tunes of classic carols or the harmonious sounds of contemporary holiday songs, music has a unique way of bringing loved ones together during this festive season. Gathered around a crackling fire, sipping hot cocoa, and singing along to familiar melodies, families create lasting memories steeped in the warmth of togetherness. The magical blend of music and family during Christmas time reminds us that it's not just the decorations but the shared moments of love and unity that make this season truly special.
Ever since I paid my bill on the 10th of February my service hasn't been working. I talked to a cricket rep a few days ago and she said she was going to reset my service and to turn my phone off for 5 minutes and then turn it back on. I tried this for a day and it did not work. I called yesterday again and the rep had me reset my mobile network and remove my Sim and put it back in. She said if this didnt work that I might need to replace my Sim since it might be the problem. She said that I would need to go to a Cricket store and have them do a Sim check on my phone and that she would even call me back today at 12pm to guide me and in the meantime she would keep monitoring my connection. This did not work and she never called back. I still went ahead and went to my nearest Cricket store. They told me they didn't know what a Sim check was but I went ahead anyways and bought a new Sim card and had it installed just incase. This also did not work. I then called today using my wifi calling
