Game Optimizer Overloading System

HiJust recently my fairly new S10 has been showing the above message at least once a day, even if I haven't been playing a game. I've had a couple of casual games on my phone since I've had it but this is a recent notification, any idea of how to fix it? I can't delete the optimizer unfortunately.Thanks in advance.

Can you all please start watches. Everyone but cricket has them and it would be super easy for us people who have busy lives and always on the go. I don't want to changes service but I may need to if you won't do serviced watches. Blue tooth doesn't work unless your phone is practically touching your watch that's pointless

JW Alive/Pokemon - AR games

I have an unlimited data plan and I have the LG stylo 6. Everything works fine when I'm connected to my home wifi, but the minute I try to open up a game like Jurassic World Alive or Pokemon go while I'm outside, they take ages to load and don't work properly. Does this happen to anyone else? Or does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Factory Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G

Will the new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (Factory Unlocked) be compatible for use on the Cricket Network?I don't need to see the compatibility list.  This phone is a new release.  Cricket does sell the S21 FE 5G, but my fiancé ordered the 256gb unlocked version directly from Samsung.

My Sisters Phone won't turn on any more

My sister's New A13 5G phone won't turn on or charge after she let the battery die completely when she got it on Black Friday. We took it to a Cricket Store, but apparently they weren't a real store only one of Crickets Associates Store, therefore couldn't exchange the phone for a new one. We gave them the phone for a week but they didn't do anything, it was just sitting in the backroom untouched or fixed. They gave the phone back and told us to do it online instead. My sister wants her new phone that she paid from saving up money fixed because she needs a phone for her school and so my parents can call her.

Moto G Stylus 5G dropping service

Was on an old plan and upgraded to 5G a few months ago. If I'm outside it works fine but as soon as I go inside a building, any building anywhere, it drops back to 4G and says I have no internet connection. I have to go outside to reliably use my phone to get online. Text and calling work fine inside but no internet connection. Powering off and on, resetting the network settings, taking out the SIM card etc have done nothing to resolve the issue. Went to the cricket store and they told me to call customer support. Called customer support twice and talked to two different people who told me to do the things listed above, which proved ineffective. Said they'd call me back but never did. Seems like the only solution is to switch to a different carrier. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do.

Stylo 5 is not unlocking and nobody will help

My son is a Cricket customer, and when my old phone died he gave me his previous Cricket phone, an LG Stylo 5, so I could use it with my carrier. It meets all the unlock conditions, so I followed Cricket's instructions to unlock it...about 45 times. It has to be unlocked thru the MyCricket app, and every time I do the procedure, it says Unlock Successful, please restart your phone, and boom it is locked to Cricket again. Customer service is no help, and keeps telling me to do what has already been tried,and although I have tried to get transferred or referred to tech support or customer service manager, I have been refused! I am at my breaking point on this, and as a senior citizen, this is just not fair! At a Cricket store, they removed my son's info/account from the phone so I would not have to keep asking him for his personal info, pin, password, etc. But that did not help either. I want to be able to call my kids or my doctor! So, tech support or customer service management, or any

The man who assaulted my evaded the police and hasn't been caught yet.  He has been harassing me and hacking my phone every day since th assault threatening to get my family or me if I choose not to talk to him. Order has never moved past processing going on a month now.

     I ordered a phone on Feb 18th and it still says processing everyday that I check the status. Can someone please tell me where my order is located? And why I have yet to receive it in the mail? I selected Auto Pay and I'm afraid I'll be charged for a monthly bill and I haven't even used the phone yet. Please help me. I have 3 kids and I'm using my 12 yr old son's phone right now.

Does Cricket have projected rollout date for One UI5 Android 13 the S20 5G and the S20+5G Samsung phones? I've seen some of new features (Bugs) on other S series phones and I have some concerns about 13's stability as a whole. I am currently on update FVK4 DEC 1, 2022. Hearing impaired customer

How do I reach text Cricket customer service Person?I need number blocked from calling me and leaving voice message which blocks anyone else I WANT to reach from returning call. Visual Voicemail doesnt update for a day or more.I want stalker removed from my account . This is single account holder. I want number blocked from being added to any group chat. I dont have Twitter or Facebook. Cricket has to follow ADA guidelines and VAWA. Anybody can call withSSN and info and change account info now adays. Cricket do better. When a customer walks into your store they should be helped not wait a hour so worker calls Cricket help line(  and notices something wrong with settings, imei, etc ) try to charge for esim card or new sim card when your updates are not working.  I was lied to . Illegal sim was added  and I want it fixed . Cricket worker doesnt know what barring or call forward is? Well Google it like I did. I asked repeatly to have ALL extra options blocked . Also why isn't call defense

Samsung DeX and Gaming?

I'm buying a Tab S6 at the end of the month and I'm going to use DeX as a laptop replacement. Now I'm a console gamer, but I play only a hand full of PC games on my laptop. Nihon Falcom games, Trails in the Sky trilogy, Xanadu Next, Ys, etc. They aren't graphic powerhouses, you can run them on anything, they're mostly updated PSP titles. They are on Steam. My question is, can I play them using DeX or is it still not possible?

ATT&T NON CRICKET Phone

Hi Purchased an Unlocked AT&T Samsung a42 5g phone to replace my Samsung a32 5g Cricket phone.The a42 5g is much quicker than the a32 5g phone with double the GB, 128 vs 64, the Sim card and SD card work and I have service, that's Not the Issue!How do I get the Cricket Features that are on the Samsung a32 5g Cricket phone, on the Unlocked Samsung A42 5g AT&T phone?I'm Used to the Cricket App Notifications sounds and the Cricket Ringtone I like, which is Not on the Non Cricket Samsung a42 5g phone, plus being a Cricket customer for 10 plus years, there are other things I've gotten used to on a Cricket phone. Cricket offered a Samsung A42 5g at one time, but it wasn't available when I got the A32 5g from a Cricket walk in store.HELP, Any Suggestions?

Hotspot with Firewall

I have been running the best little app ever, NOROOTfirewall on my tab S7 & added it to this phone. However, with my "new" S21,  hotspot only worked once or twice. After going thru support with no results, I noticed that if this app is turned on, no hotspot. Turn off firewall, hotspot is fine. I hope this helps some of you.Ron

Factory Unlocked Moto Edge+ (2022) no 5G Why

Trying to understand why AT&T/Cricket locked 5G for this phone literally just got the phone today factory unlocked not carrier unlocked that has 5G. Verizon And Tmobile and there little brother companies have 5G availability for this phone, why not AT&T/Cricket

hotspot device

We just bought the hotspot box yesterday and are trying to get it set up on the my cricket app so we can track usage and pay the bill. The problem is that when we have them send the passcode to set up the account the hotspot box does not receive the message. We have the box itself set up where i can check messages on the box and no messages whatsoever. We contacted support they hung up on us, we have been to two local cricket stores and they didn't know either. All we need is to receive the passcode from cricket to set up the account on their app. Any suggestions??
