I just changed my number a couple of hours ago. As the rep stated in advance, the call disconnected right after the $15 payment was made. I got my new number but can't use my phone at all. The rep did try to call me back but I couldn't answer the call because my phone was frozen all of a sudden. I've restarted the phone like 4 times. I've been on hold for like 15 minutes. I need help fast please!!!!! It's important thanks in advance
My son is a Cricket customer, and when my old phone died he gave me his previous Cricket phone, an LG Stylo 5, so I could use it with my carrier. It meets all the unlock conditions, so I followed Cricket's instructions to unlock it...about 45 times. It has to be unlocked thru the MyCricket app, and every time I do the procedure, it says Unlock Successful, please restart your phone, and boom it is locked to Cricket again. Customer service is no help, and keeps telling me to do what has already been tried,and although I have tried to get transferred or referred to tech support or customer service manager, I have been refused! I am at my breaking point on this, and as a senior citizen, this is just not fair! At a Cricket store, they removed my son's info/account from the phone so I would not have to keep asking him for his personal info, pin, password, etc. But that did not help either. I switched to Spectrum from Cricket in December 2022, ostensibly to save money. Unfortunately I was plagged with bad phones. I purchased a Moto G Stylus in 2022. Spectrum said it wasn’t one of their acceptable phones, so I had to settle for an older type Moto G Pure (2021). After 2+ weeks of it not working out of town (in NC) and not having a working SIM card (that’s all on my record), I purchased a ‘NEW” moto Dream 5 G phone at a Raleigh NC Cricket store. It costs me a lot (though being a lower end. I needed a working cellphone for work that weekend)! When SIM card arrived from Cricket online I told Customer Service it was too big. I was told that I’d have to put in in through the back. I pushed did all that I could and couldn’t get the back off. Went to the Cricket store where we agreed the phone was marked not to try to remove the back. Store personnel pointed out the problem wasn’t the size of the SIM card - but that it was encased in a larger piece of cardboard. Phone is ruined. I
why is my fm tuner disabled on my new icon 3 cricket phone? purchased yesterday. i would like to use the app nextradio to listen to music/local radio while i work or do outdoor activity's. we’d love to bring you local radio,but next radio doesnt have access to the fm reciever in your device. let your wireless carrier know that you’d like to listen to free radio on your phone with next radio!
My sister's New A13 5G phone won't turn on or charge after she let the battery die completely when she got it on Black Friday. We took it to a Cricket Store, but apparently they weren't a real store only one of Crickets Associates Store, therefore couldn't exchange the phone for a new one. We gave them the phone for a week but they didn't do anything, it was just sitting in the backroom untouched or fixed. They gave the phone back and told us to do it online instead. My sister wants her new phone that she paid from saving up money fixed because she needs a phone for her school and so my parents can call her.
The question to answer is, “How can Cricket make the phones on the “white list” actually work and be compatible or will Cricket offer discounts in cases where we, loyal customers, purchased phones that are on that list and turn out not to be compatible?--If you can text and not talk, it probably has something to do with the change AT&T made to dropping 3G and you phone not supporting HD LTE or such. My phone is on Cricket’s “white list” as compatible. Once I ordered it, (from an independent source) the IEMI comes up as not compatible. ????I spoke with one Cricket service member and they went by the book. “Not compatible, nothing we can do.” Then when I spoke with someone via the online-phone conference, that support person said, “Yes, it’s on the list, even though the IEMI doesn’t work, it will work. I am with Cricket for 6 months. The agent see my phone as deactivated. The agent says it should be unlocked on June 30. I said the phone is active and It is in my use for 6 months. I asked to check the billing history. If it is deactivated then how am I making calls? The agent did not have the right answer and solution.

So I was using my Cricket Dream 5G cell phone, which has been working fine for almost a month (I just got this as a replacement for a dream I spilled water on), and while using it the screen froze and I couldn’t back out, go to home pae or even turn the screen off, so I shut the phone off by holding the power button for a few seconds. Now it won’t come back on. I’ve tried holding the power button for 30+ seconds and doing the same with the volume held down as well. It doesn’t even vibrate when it goes on the charger. It was at least at 37% when it died, was updated to date, wasn’t damaged at all and wasn’t even running hot. All I did was shut it down once and now it won’t come back on. Plz help because I really don’t want to file another claim.
Does Cricket have projected rollout date for One UI5 Android 13 the S20 5G and the S20+5G Samsung phones? I've seen some of new features (Bugs) on other S series phones and I have some concerns about 13's stability as a whole. I am currently on update FVK4 DEC 1, 2022. Ok so I been getting an error message telling me that my sim card is full. When I go to look into this...I find that my sim card is empty. Wtf. Additionally im unable to open my camera...much less take any pictures. I don't have the slightest idea how to fix either issue
I have an iPhone 7 and I am currently a Cricket customer. Recently I got an iPhone 14. So, I am trying to switch to the new phone. Since my current iPhone 7 is using a physical SIM card, I am not sure how to switch to the IPhone 14, which is eSIM only. Obviously, iPhone 7 is not supporting eSIM. So, I cannot convert to eSIM first and the transfer everything from the iPhone 7 to iPhone 14. So, what is the easiest way to make it work? If I simply just start setting up the new iPhone 14 and transfer things from the iPhone 7, I would not be able to take the SIM card and insert it to the iPhone 14. So, I assume there is a way to switch my SIM card to eSIM when setting up my iPhone 14. I need to know if there is any step-by-step instructions to help me with this.
I have 4 lines on my plan. We all have the same phones. Both mine and my daughter's lines won't make or receive phone calls. We can text and use data. I have tried switching my sim card to another phone which is also on my plan that is working. That phone would not work with my sim card in it. I have tried driving to another spot closer into town still won't work. I tried turning my phone off and on that didn't work. I tried taking my sim card out that didn't work. I tried clearing the cache that didn't work. I tried to call can't make any calls. I tried to chat held on the chat for over 20 minutes. Then got disconnected. Now they are closed. They are not even open for technical support. This is ridiculous. My bill is paid up. I checked my software is up to date. Here I've been without phones for a day now. This is the biggest crock of#$it ever.
