So if I am on the max unlimited plan why is it that you are throttling my data when it says you will not do that I am very confused and upset this seems to me like a breach of contract

Well as my account is only 3 months old and I am on the unlimited Max plan I would think that when it says that it will not throttle it should not throttle and that is why I brought this up I mean I don't know how many other people it's happening to and when I brought it up in store the lady laughed at me and called me a retard
