I'm going on a cruise in June. Does cricket have cruise plans? I'm going to Mexico, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica.
Yes we do offer international plans we have several different choices. Mexico is already included on our plan on the other you can go in your "My Cricket" app from your phone select more at the bottom then go to add ons and see the options and prices for what you need and add them from there or visit any Cricket store or our website www.cricketwireless.com and login and add them to your plan
The international plans you are referring to are for long distance to call someone in those countries, not to use the phone while you are traveling there. You can use your phone in Mexico, but you won't be able to use the phone in the other locations your traveling to on your cruise.
Unfortunately besides Canada and Mexico we do not have have any plans to offer calling services outside the US the only other option that could be done at this point is if you have one of the phone we offer that have the ability to use Wi-Fi calling if you have a phone that has WiFi calling you can connect your phone via Wi-Fi and still make calls outside the US.
