I have had my android phone for 3 years now and it was a one year old model when I got it. It is a Samsung Galaxy A01 and recently for the past month it won’t charge really. I’ve tried changing outlets and charging cables so many times. If it actually starts charging my phone it takes forever just to charge five percent and it usually will only stay charging for a minute or so at most. What should I do?

Hi @ruththrall13 !

It sounds like the device battery may be degraded or faulty, as you have already attempted different cables or chargers with no success. Since the device is past the Samsung manufacturer warranty of 1 year, it may be a good idea to check with any local store in your area that may be able to replace the battery or at least test it to ensure the battery is in working condition.
