Ovation issues

Just bought new ovation, phone is incredibly slow. Can't play any games, won't let me use chrome, phone won't connect to wifi. When it is connected to wifi can't even watch a youtube video without buffering, no other devices in home having issues. Any tips? Oh my. 6 months ago the Ovation 2 was out and should have been offered to you. It is definitely an overall upgrade from the original and I feel terrible that's what you were sold when the "next edition" was out and MUCH better. I hope you can upgrade soon!
