I have been with cricket wireless for over 2 years now. I have bought three phones from there authorized cricket stores. And I have changed plans and for the past year have been on there unlimited max plan. What amazes me is the total lack of customer appreciation. I have never seen a company that will charge multiple fees and makes there phone prices higher to the loyal customers who want to switch phones but stay with cricket. Why can't cricket give discounts to those customers who choose to stay with them as a company. It's time for a new phone. Because of the lack of any common business practice I will happily being choosing another provider. If you treat loyal customers worse then your new customer why would anyone become loyal.
