The phone service from this company is

H O R R I B L E !!!

im literally STUCK here because of paying my bill here but good God y’all need to do better !!!! Plenty of time cricket have let me down in an EMERGENCY!!!! Can’t call or text for help !! No service !!! Always 1 BAR !!! Atrocious !!!! I hate it here!!!

It sounds like you're stuck with Cricket because of your contract, but I would recommend that you start shopping around for a new phone service provider as soon as possible. There are many other providers that offer better service and customer support than Cricket.

In the meantime, here are a few things you can try to improve your Cricket service:

  • Make sure that you're in an area with good Cricket coverage. You can check Cricket's coverage map to see if you have good coverage in your area.
  • Try restarting your phone. This can sometimes fix minor service issues.
  • Try resetting your phone's network settings. This will reset your phone's connection to Cricket's network.
  • If you're still having problems, contact Cricket customer support for assistance.
