Hotspot not free 10gb with $50 plan?
I went into my account and added the hotspot feature. My phone and $50 plan were eligible for 10gb of hotspot service, or so I thought. It even said it would cost $0 before I selected to review my updated features/plans. But when I select to review, it says I'll be charged $10. Am I missing something here?
I think they could add a little bit of clarification to stuff like that. but, when they say your phone is eligible for 10 gigs of mobile hotspot, all they mean is that your particular device will work with that feature.
I had it until a week ago with the 10G. Its not free with anything. We were limited and couldn't use it a needed. We had to hijackour own wifi and jerryrig the usb cords in our home. Going out snd using it was crap. It let my daughter connect to class one time then said we used up our availability 5 minutes later. AND it was secured via password that was intricate. My dd is in 7th grade. School connection is top priority. When we got tje hot spot we wanted another phone line but the agent lied thru her az about it and set up hotspot when we didnt want it. We never got a refund when we couldnt even use it and they admitted it was THEIR glitch. Dont waste your money. Were even struggling with our phones and cricket wont cortect it...hasnt been a year yet but they dont care.
