I am developing an app that lets me send text messages from the command line. Currently one way but I have planned 2 way conversations. It is basically a scheduled texting app that sends reminders to one of more people now, or anytime in the future. It was working fine, I was getting all the texts I sent out during testing and then last night somehow they became blocked and I can no longer test my app, even if I change email addresses. So it tells me that my account has somehow been blocked of all email texts. Sending and receiving. It's not a bulk texter it's meant for personal use or for other developers that are on a team.. how can I unblock the email texts so that I can continue to develop and even use my app?
I have the unlimited with hotspot plan. Will the 15 GB rollover into the following month? And if I purchase an additional 15GB one time purchase will any of that rollover to the next month? I am a single mom and had purchased these for my kids to have service at home for school. School reopened and we didn’t use as much as planned but not we just found out that they will more than likely be closing down due to the increase of cases in our area and my billing cycle ends tomorrow.
How come a 15 plus years customer such as myself can't get a discounted price on an phone upgrade? A new customer can come in and get a free phone but a customer who is here to stay and has proven their loyalty has to pay a couple of hundreds of dollars for the same phone. What is wrong with this picture? There is definitely something wrong with this.
When my ex receives delivery reports on her Samsung A51 (with straight talk) phone for sent text it shows my number. She is accusing me of hacking her phone and is threatening to contact someone (police I guess). I didn't even know there were delivery reports for texts until now. She was cheating. She tried to prove she wasn't cheating by giving me gmail pswd. I logged in on my phone and somehow her contacts were added to my contacts. I am not sure if this has anything to do with this. But I am no longer logged in to her gmail. I have went everywhere looking for these msgs. For one I would like to see them but also I need to stop this in case she does contact somebody. I do not want there to be accidental evidence. My phone is an LG stylo and I have cricket. I am attaching the image she sent me for proof. My number is redacted.
I’m interested in using an LTE 4G router such as the Cudy AC1200 Dual Band Unlocked 4G LTE Modem Router with SIM Card Slot in a remote location which has no internet but good Cricket service. Will this work? I read a comment on one of the 4G LTE router reviews which stated that Cricket disabled the SIM after one day of use.
We have lousy cell reception at the house, only good by certain windows (rural Alaska). I’m trying to use my ethernet-USB C adapter to get wi-fi calling through our wired home internet system. Dream 5 cricket phone. Cricket rep in our town said wi-fi setup should work, even though ours is wired. I’ve gone through the wi-fi setup and nothing is connecting. Any ideas?
I have been using the same phone number with Cricket for years. I use two step authentication for Facebook. Unfortunately, because I clear out my browser history, cache and cookies upon exit, I have to enter a six digit code that is sent to my cell phone before Facebook will allow me to log in.As of the last four days, I stopped receiving the text messages to my cell phone. I have verified my identity by sending both a copy of my photo ID, and photo of me holding up a sign with a special number Facebook gives me to write on the sign showing it is me who holds the actual Facebook account. It has been four days. NOTHING.I am unable to get into my Facebook account. I found out there is other ways, such as Google Authenticator as an option, but at this point, if I cannot get into my account, I am unable to change the options. I am frustrated and was told this may have something to do with the cell phone provider, and I want to solve this issue.Now even when I download a new browser and try
AT&T owns cricket so why does cricket lag behind AT&T in service offerings. We've been asking for e-sim support for three plus years. I don’t understand why cricket is unable to add this feature so iWatch and Apple Dual Number (eSIM) are not offered. I could even understand if there was a $10 extra change to support but the technology is not difficult. It's amazon all the other prepaid providers (Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Verizon and AT&T) offer the esim support. I get it takes time but it appears this is strategy to move customer to AT&T, but what it does is force customer to move to T-Mobile for esim technology. T-Mobile offers 4 lines for $100 with esim support. Cricket, please listen to your customers and solve this issue or we will be faced to move to a different provider.
I had been a Cricket customer for several years on your $55/month unlimited plan. Recently, I was enticed into upgrading to the More plan for an extra five bucks a month. While I do like the increase in my data speed, I was mainly drawn to the ability to use my mobile hotspot, so I upgraded.However, my hotspot doesn’t work. I can connect my devices to it just fine, but there’s no internet. I come to find out that, apparently, my $350 Nokia 7.1 isn’t “eligible”. However, when you all enabled everyone’s hotspots last year because of the pandemic, it worked just fine. So it’s not a problem or limitation with my phone, you guys have just simply arbitrarily deemed it “not eligible”.Why is it not eligible?
CRICKET WILL NOT ALLOW MMS MESSAGES THROUGH WIFI WHICH IS RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN A RURAL AREA WHERE THEY REFUSE TO BUILD TOWERS AND EVERYTHING HAS TO WORK THROUGH YOUR WIFI WE ALSO SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY THE CARRIER FOR A RATE PLAN IF ALL WE CAN USE IS WIFI CALLING AS THAT ACCOUNTS FOR 2 BILLS THAT IS UNNECESSARY ESPECIALLY IF THEY LIMIT CERTAIN FEATURES CRICKET IS ONLY LOW COST BECAUSE OF LIMITS CARRIERS WANT TO KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE JAILBREAKING OR ROOTING THERE PHONES ITS REASONS LIKE THIS IN THE MEAN TIME ILL CHANGE MY APN SETTINGS TO BYPASS THE RESTRICTIONS THIS CARRIER FORCES
I called the customer service to order a new phone to upgrade my current 3g phone on Jan 3rd. I received email confirmation with order number: 2225806324513097 and then shipping confirmation email with a Fedex shipping track number: 551419658808 quickly after that. But when I traced the order on Fedex, it always showed: The delivery date may be updated when FedEx receives the package. I called Fedex many time after that, they told me they never receive the package from cricket yet. I also regularly checked my order status on cricket online and called customer service many times. They always told me to wait and wait, even this order is a 2 business days shipping order. On Jan 10th, my old 3g phone suddenly lost service and when I chat with the customer service online. I was told the new device was activated that caused my old phone lost service. But Fedex didn’t receive the package and deliver it to me yet. How could it be activated? Since then I chatted with customer service online 3-4
Hello. I have used advanced messaging on the Samsung messages app on my previous Cricket phone. Now I cannot get those specific messages to transfer to my new Cricket Moto phone. However, normal SMS and MMS messages have transferred. How can I get the messages of type "advanced messaging" to transfer to my new phone?

I called Cricket via 611 and had a very specific question with regards to COVID-19 and with all that is being shut down , among that call was with regards to our schools being shut down here in Washington State . I was told by a representative that there has been an application placed in to the government to help assist with removing caps because with everything that is closing from Doctors office Lobbies to mental health centers, Schools, theaters and other forms of entertainment , ALL have been shut down and we can no longer access them. I was told I had 7 days to add insurance and said ok I will call. Well I call and they will not say I had to go in to store. I was never told this. It is 4:00 and the store closes at 5:00 ( I live an hr or more from store). When I told chat representative I didn't have time to go in he said they don't close for 3 or 4 more hrs. I said no it is Sunday. Had I known I had to go in I would have earlier this week as one of the person with a phone went out of town fri so I don't even have access to that phone. I was told I could over phone but no and now I have no protection so I will probably be going back to my old service when my month is up as this is no way to start off with being told the wrong info and not having any coverage.
I tried to add a new phone 10 days ago and apperantly I inputted some incorrect information to port my current number in its been stuck In limbo ever since and I've made several calls to customer support and haven't received any resolution. All I want to do is cancel the order and start over. Is there any easy way to do this or do I have to wait on hold for another 2 hours just to still get nothing done?
I am wanting to add personal ringtones and assign to some of my contacts. I have used a ringtone app and have downloaded a few. I go to a contact and click on the option to 'Set ringtone' which takes me to the availble ringtones that came with the phone. The last option in this list is "+ Add ringtone". I click on it and it opens the folder where I stored my downloaded ringtones. I click on the ringtone I want to add which closes the folder and takes me back to the list of available ringtones but the one I selected is not added to the list.
