MyCricket App not working
We just added a line for our grandson. We bought him a cheaper phone (Cricket Icon) to use. Installed the myCricket app on it but when we try to open the app it just sits the with a green screen and never opens. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but still does not work.

My cricket app is not working properly anymore. I seem to be having the same issue alot of other customers on the google play store reviews are having. Its just completely blank when you log in. Nothing at all. And the only thing that does come up is the wrong info. Ive never had a problem with cricket up until now. Ive done what was suggested too. Its the newest version, ive deleted cache apps, ect. It keeps coming up "cant connect to server" too. Nothing has changed on my end either and other customers said they were getting that as well. I dont have any social media so i cant communicate on Facebook, Twitter or anything. Im trying to get 2 other ppl set up too and this is holding us back. Otherwise, i love cricket. Thank you
For months now, the my cricket app will let me log in, but it tells me that the app is temporarily unavailable and that I need to pay my bill by calling customer service and then they charge me and extra fee to pay my bill. I am not happy about this. I really liked being able to use the app because of how convenient it was for me.

I read that they were hacked.
